Dashboard Canvas

The dashboard is the primary working surface. Every analysis output lands on this canvas as editable artifacts.

Modes

Design mode: full editor with Artifacts, Layers, and Inspector side panels.
View mode: read-focused layout with editing chrome hidden.
Switching modes does not change dashboard data or artifact state.

Layout behavior

Canvas is full-width beneath a fixed top nav.
Side panels are constrained to viewport height and scroll independently.
Autosave tracks canvas changes and writes updates in background.
